My cakes have a shelf life of about 10 days, so we will ship as close to that "need-by" date as possible.

All my cakes have a firm, hard texture than a normal "cake" due to me not using Artificial preservatives, I bake the cake longer so all the moisture is out to keep from going bad and molding. Please be aware of this before purchasing so you're not disappointed that its not a cake" like texture.
